I had approximately two months to find a place to live. I have very little knowledge of the housing/rental market as I had been very content in my then current rental suite that I had expected to stay in for years to come. That changed when my landlord's mother became ill. My landlord requested that I vacate the suite for her mother. I agreed. I realized time was short and the housing market was under pressure due to the massive immigration issue in Canada. I could not find anything to rent or buy. I reached out to Tab Baker, as he had helped me approximately 20 years ago to buy my first home. Tab also helped me to sell that home 8 years later.
