Have known Tab for many years. When it came time to purchase our first home, Tab was accommodating to our ever changing wants and needs, Tab worked hard and helped us find the right home. We purchased our lake home with Tab's help and then listed our home to sell, we had our home not even listed when we had a serious buyer, and it sold quickly. I had approximately two months to find a place to live. I have very little knowledge of the housing/rental market as I had been very content in my then current rental suite that I had expected to stay in for years to come. That changed when my landlord's mother became ill. My landlord requested that I vacate the suite for her mother. I agreed. I realized time was short and the housing market was under pressure due to the massive immigration issue in Canada. I could not find anything to rent or buy. I reached out to Tab Baker, as he had helped me approximately 20 years ago to buy my first home. Tab also helped me to sell that home 8 years later. Tab helped me to look at a few places according to my situation. Nothing seemed to fit well and time was running out. One day several weeks before I had to move Tab called me to tell me he found a place that was perfect for me! We met at the home and it took all of a few minutes for me to decide that Tab was right! The next few weeks were a blur for me as Tab displayed great knowledge, wisdom, patience and expertise as he mentored me through all of the banking, insurance, inspection and notary requirements to allow me to acquire my new home in the few weeks I had left, so that I could have a place of my own that met my needs! I highly suggest anyone looking for a great real estate agent who actually cares about people to give Tab a call!
